Rory Gilbert bases his practice on the premise that police officers and police families are a special population with their own culture. Rory has found that the characteristics that make the police culture unique result from a combination of several factors. These include the nature of police work, the organizational qualities of law enforcement agencies, the personality characteristics of individuals who choose a career in police work, and constantly being under public scrutiny.
